VISIONNAIRE was seeded in 2007, born as an event management company in Singapore by two Frenchmen whose sensibility has never completely belonged to the industry they inhabit. 25 years of practice have left no appetite for the conventional, only for the considered.

17 professionals carry each project from initial concept to the final teardown report: event directors, scenographers, artistic directors, senior designers fluent in 3D max and AutoCAD, AV technicians, talent managers, and a dedicated Event Sustainability Compliance Controller whose charge is the life cycle of every material we touch. LUXURY BRAND ACTIVATIONS
An activation in the hands of VISIONNAIRE is a spatial argument — a proposition about who a maison is, rendered visible through scenography, light, and the choreography of arrival. Concept development begins with the brand's heritage and ends in a spatial proposition entirely its own. We produce each one with 2D and 3D technical precision, bespoke fabrication, and guest flow planning where no moment is unaccounted for. AUTOMOTIVE ACTIVATIONS
A vehicle at rest is still a statement. The environment around it either elevates or diminishes it. We build the former. Large-scale automotive showcases engineered for the moment a cover is lifted, a door opens, a silhouette catches light for the first time — safety compliance, space engineering, close coordination with product teams, vehicle logistics, technical rigging, test-drive environments, content production, all in service of a single, unrepeatable impression. Every model presented as it was designed to be discovered, with attention to detail the machine itself demands.

GALA DINNERS AND SPECIAL EVENTS
A great evening feels like luck, but it never is. Hospitality at this level is an act of authorship. Every gala dinner, private celebration, and VIP evening we organise carries the full weight of that responsibility — menu curation with acclaimed chefs, showwall management, musical direction, full décor production, each decision made in the knowledge that customers of this calibre have attended enough great evenings to recognise, without hesitation, the ones that were truly made for them.

FASHION PRODUCTIONS
A runway is a declaration. Runway presentations, capsule showcases, and trunk shows are orchestrated with precise creative and technical coordination — choreography, model casting, fittings, lighting sequences, multimedia content, all managed with a deep understanding of the maison's visual language and audience engagement considered from the first cue to the last. Every cue is calibrated so that nothing in the room competes with what is on the runway.

CORPORATE EXPERIENCES
Milestone business events, leadership offsites, conferences, networking events, team building events — more than occasions to be managed, we see them as environments and moods to be composed. We build formats around structured agenda design, AV integration, guest registration, and clear on-site operations, creating conditions where communication flows without friction and the quality of thought in the room is never diminished by the quality of its setting. EXHIBITIONS
An exhibition is a spatial sentence, and like all sentences, its power lies in structure, sequence, and the precision of every element within it. Ours are designed through exact technical planning, modular structures, and conservation-level handling where the integrity of the work requires it. Timed lighting sequences and a considered spatial journey carry the participant from the first threshold to the final object, with attention to the pacing of discovery as much as to its destination. Every installation is designed to communicate clearly, hold the visitor's attention, and to leave the work as the sole and undisputed subject of the room.

POPUP STORES
Temporary does not mean provisional. A popup store exists at the intersection of retail and theatre, it is a space that must perform the brand completely, without the permanence that usually makes that performance possible. We produce popup stores through custom fabrication, exact fit-out, POS integration, staff training, and operational oversight that runs uninterrupted from opening day to the last hour of the activation. Every surface is built to specification. Every customer encounter is governed by the same standards the brand holds in its permanent environments. The space may be brief, but the impression it leaves is never.

As early as the project is approved, and, where venue sourcing, artist booking, or custom fabrication is involved, earlier still.
